OMG DH and I loved this ride!!!! We were lucky enough to get on twice on our recent Disney trip and can't wait to go back and ride it again. Not only is the scenery amazing but with all those smells, it's a wonderul experience!

why exactly do you see there ? "just" the landscape or also the "little things" like humans, city life, animals ??

I loved Soarin' when we were at DL. I can't wait to ride it at Epcot. I was wondering though.....I'll be 5 1/2 months pregnant on our next trip and I can't remember if there was any pregnancy restriction on this ride. I hope not.

I too have problems with motion sickness on rides like Mission Space, Body Wars, Star Tours, even some of the CircleVision movies in WS - no problems on regular coasters. Anyone else with motion sickness on these type of rides who found Soarin to be OK?

I get sick easily on all the spinners and simulaters and even roller coatsers.
I can do Soaring but I have to close my eyes in one part. There is another part near the beginning that can cause trouble some of the time. For all those who have motion sicknes problems, I would give it a try. Like in Circle Vision movies you can close you eyes if you need to. Don't miss the ending though.

You fly over a river with people kayaking, a mountain with people skiing, don't miss the people playing golf. There is something extra special to look for in that shot.

It's the closest I will ever get to hang gliding. It really is a great ride.

We loved soarin!! There were no fastpasses and we waited in line 60 minutes but it was worth it. Ds 17 had the red badge necklace on him to time the wait in line. We got in the 1st row. I traded places with ds 13 because he had the end seat and didnt want it. I think that seat actually had a little more room. It definetely accomodates those with pooh sized bottoms. We all loved the orange and ocean smells. I think its like being in an imax movie. Totally awesome. The que area could use some fixing up. The lst part is great with the questions but when you turn the corner, there is nothing but wall, no visual stuff, that was a boring long 30 minutes. Also they need to get the timing right because they were letting in too many fast pass people and the standy by line just keep swelling like crazy.

I rode today and it was a walk on. The sign said 15 mins but got to ride twice and could have ridden more. They were using the left side today, every other time we have ridden on the right hand side.
