Does anyone know if they still let you on Califonian Soarin early, before the park officially opens?

We were at the main gates around 9:15, got in around 9:30ish. Most people headed for the TSM line (including my family) but I'd say it was a 10-15 minute wait for Soarin. And, you can pick up a FP for Soarin at 9:30 but you won't be able to get another FP until 10:45 - could change but that's what I've experienced the last 5-6 trips I've made.
