At least in January, for the first 15-30 minutes after park open, CMs outside TT were loudly proclaiming that groups could go through SR and still be seated together. I got the impression they wanted to spread the TT riders a bit since those that went through the standby queue would be slowed down by the design process and cars would go out empty until the standbys reached the load area.

Makes sense. Interesting enough, when we went through SR the CM was telling everyone that we WOULD be separated as if to remind everyone that we should not expect to be seated together but we were both times we went through. I don't think our car was full either time we went through either.

Yes, that is the norm. Were you riding in the first few minutes after park open or later?

1- will the kiosks still be open?

2- What about shopping?

1- F&W kiosks will not be open.

2- Many of the permanent Epcot features will be open.
