Can anyone tell me if Soarin will be open when im there? 28th April-13th may
 
I believe that Soarin' is scheduled to "officially" open on May 5th. However, they have been having previews fairly regularly for the past few weeks.

You should definitely get to see it on your vacation. Enjoy :)!
