soap and shampoo?

We had lots of oatmeal soap, lotion, atc. left over from our last stay at the Swan and it went to good use. DS's youth volunteer group collected these to send to our troops in Iraq. The idea of those young men and ladies using designer and Mickey soaps in the desert made us !

Does anyone know if you don't use the soap and shampoos (still wrapped of course) from your room do they recycle them or throw them out?
