SOA 5pm show... how hot is it out there??

We have 5pm dinner reservations at the SOA dinner show, and I realize it's outdoors. So, can anyone give me some insight-- how hot is it out there?? I don't want to be miserable, and not to mention the kids (ages 10, 5, 2, 2, and 1). I'm hoping it's not unbearable becuause we really all had our hearts set on the SOA.

The only time we went was in the evening, but the seating area is covered and there are ceiling fans.

Don't dress for an indoor restaurant though.

Well, since weather is unpredictable.. I would dress in layers. I remember when we went it was September and while it was hot it wasn't unbearable at all. The fans were definitely helping, but you never know what the weather is going to be like so we all brought light jackets just in case.

We went in August at the 5pm show and it was very comfortable. The area you dine in is covered with ceiling fans. There are very large trees all around the show area so it's well shaded as well.

We did SoA in August at 5pm. You didn't say when you were going, but summer in FL is notorious for the afternoon showers. There was just a shower before our show and it was quite comfortable. I had a sundress on and brought a sweater just in case--but didn't need it.

I work there and in summer it is hot.
