Used to really like it but like many other places their food has gone downhill the past few years. Chicken is so greasy, gravy is thin and watery, coleslaw isn’t even as good as it used to be.

It has been forever since I ate there, but yes I do like it. I don't get excited about fried chicken though. I like the chicken little sandwiches (It's been so long since I've been there I don't know if they still have those or not). I love their mashed potatoes and gravy.

40-50 years ago, yes. Now, the chicken is greasy and rubbery. The mashed potatoes are some sort of congealed mass. The biscuits are old and dry.

When you go to a KFC store, you can tell that the employees simply don't care. They don't care about the quality of the food or the service to the customers.

Chik-Fil-A is kicking KFC's butt, and they're closed on Sundays.

Probably particular store related. I have 2 Wendy's, one is fantastic and the other is absolutely horrid. The KFC is terrific.

I wouldn't put Chick-fil-a and KFC in the same category. Chick-fil-a is a sandwich place and KFC is fried chicken centric.

we've been having some fun Kentucky Fried Chicken talk around here. We never go anymore, but recently when DD and I were driving by our local one, I said something about eating Kentucky Fried Chicken as a kid sometimes. She said, didn't I mean KFC, and I thought, no , I never call it that. DH and I started talking about it, and we both call it the long name. I know it's now KFC, looked up when the company really started pushing it, etc. Anyway, kids thought it was funny, and now have something else to call us 'old' for.
We much prefer Popeye's though for chicken, biscuits, and sides, but rarely go.

The chicken at KFC always tastes undercooked to me. I haven't eaten it for years.

I think it's like most places. I'm in KY and it's great here but Popeye's is nasty. In TX Popeye's was great and KFC nasty. I've found the same with grocery stores. The closer to their headquarters the nice they are.
