Nope --- Ukrainian "Soul Food" here -- kielbasa, sauerkraut, pierogis...Ham to appease DH and kids.

There are about a million snow geese around here I'd like to roast, though!

If I could *find* one, I would be cooking one, but no one seems to have them. I have a lead on another store to check tomorrow....If I can't find a goose, we are doing cornish hens.
