I just wanted to let you know, next summer won't seem nearly as hot.

I've been here 18 months now, moved down on 6/26. I took the autotrain and brought a car with no A/C. Then, I drove that car for a month house hunting!

This year, I met other DISers (BobD27 and his lovely wife, Maureen) in Lakeland while they were house hunting. We stood outside the Cracker Barrel in lakeland for about 10 minutes. It was 98, high humidity and it didn't even faze me. What a difference a year makes!

Love the pictures. Most of my photojournal for the first year were cataloging my house being built!
