Well, I finally feel so much better and I am up and around. It felt so good to get outside today even if it was to grocery shop. How is everyone doing?

Yes to all three. Since we do phone surveys, most of the hours are nights and weekends, since that's when people are home. I put on my availability that I'm not available to work Fridays or Saturdays, since you're only required to work one weekend shift a week, and Sundays count. So my days where I can work are Sunday through Thursday.

Well, I haven't been there since my last day of training on Thursday I work tomorrow from 6pm to 12am, so we'll see how it goes. I know they're not expecting us to be perfect, which helps.

Sometimes the same vegetables become dull.

I have 10 zucchini of medium to large size in the fridge at any given time since the first week of Jan. We've had zucchini with EVERYTHING!

Please stick around We really are a tight knight group, but if you think about it, we all met because each of us, at one time or another, just randomly stopped in on these threads and basically never left Heck, I got hooked on this because I was working overnight and kept hanging around and PIO was like "who the heck is this crazy person interrupting my alone time on the LTP thread?" and we started talking

So today....we've figured out why we pay all those $$$$$$$ for DS to go to private school. He's come home with more homework to complete by Friday week than he had in the whole year last year.

And I'm pretty happy with the diversity. Aside from the maths and grammar and handwriting grounding DS had not seemed to have gotten from the state (public) schools, there are activities on thinking about the community and also activities on reading/comprehension based on what's in the newspaper.




I think I better go start DS......er......my......homework!

The Red Line (one of the el trains here) is about half a block north of the office and runs 24/7. From that, I can either connect to the Brown Line (which ends a few blocks from my house) or the Lawrence bus, which also runs 24/7.

Theoretically, yes. But right now, they're actually having a hard time staffing Sundays (people not being available due to religious commitments and such). They also have about 300 phone interviewers, so I'm sure they can get everything else staffed.

Our schools are full of the integrated learning too.

Everyone wants to steal your Sunday Funday so they can go to church. It figures.
