The mixer doesn't go on sale until Tuesday :lmao: So I can't get it until then :)

The first day was all right. Mostly learning how to work the computer system and about scheduling and all that. I put on my availability that I can't work Fridays or Saturdays (you had to pick days off, otherwise the computer might schedule you 7 days a week, as the scheduling is automated), since those are the days where I usually wind up having plans.

Aside from that, I also found out that I have to sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements in order to keep the job, so I really don't know how much I can say about it :lmao:

On that note, I think I'm headed to bed. I didn't sleep well last night and am exhausted. See you guys tomorrow!

Get a second username who randomly visits the LTP thread to let off steam about work.

You should be able to us if you like the job or not; but you probably won't be able to say what you're working on or asking questions about.

Oh no.....that much imagination I do NOT have. Monkey Boy is in a class by itself.

 We're here if you need to vent or share.

Part of the reason I was unable to log on earlier. I just did not have the energy to discuss it or the deceitfulness to pretend everything was okay.

Cobra is high, know how you feel though. Are you doing ok?

It is about 1000 a month. My pain and dizziness are still there. I have a new symptom that I keep getting a black eye on my right side despite no trauma. I cannot wait until Cobra is worked out and I can see a Dr again. Internet searches are the worst for the uninsured. I may have to retro coverage all the way back. Need to do my research before mailing in the premium.

I hope things are ok.

I am hoping they will be soon. My husband has a new job that he starts on Monday, so we can afford Cobra now. Just wish the new job offered immediate ins rather than making us wait 6 months. He never had to wait at all with his last few jobs.

Hope you are OK and we see you sooner than later!

I want to check in more often too. Hopefully, things get back to normal here. The kids keep me so busy that even when DH and I are not fighting over the laptop (since he is usually at work when I use it), I do not have many daytime hours to check in. My husband disconnected our desktop right after my baby was born 7 months ago to convert the office into a bedroom. We have not got around to reconnecting it, because it will take some serious furniture moving to find a place for it. Our house is very small. I do not like checking in from my phone either.

Thanks. I needed that. The hardest part was when my five year old son had the worst allergic reaction he's ever had, and I did not know what to do without health ins. Luckily, my old boss (used to work for a Dr) saw him without having us pay (except for the meds). That was a very stressful day. I've never cried so much in my entire life.

Happy birthday to everyone with Feb birthdays and Jan birthdays that I missed last month.

:flower3:  :grouphug:

I hope your DH likes his new job and that the next 6 months goes quickly. I hope that you feel better soon too. It sounds like you need to see a good doctor yourself.

If you were posting details about your interviews on FB, I'd worry, but telling LTPers a little about your day, I doubt anyone would find out.

That's ridiculous! I have Anthem Blue Cross, a private policy, and i pay $600 something a month for full coverage. Before she got Medicare, Fran's premium was about $900 per month.

We overdid it yesterday. I hope she doesn't make me plant plants today. However, they need to get into the ground. We also need to buy a toilet and a vanity. I want to watch the commercial bowl today and show Arlune some photos on the DIS on our 3D internet TV.

Chris just took the one dog to get there nails clipped and my little baby is crying! She gets to go next! Breaks my heart to hear them cry:sad:
