Lunch time!
Canned tuna, sweet chillli sauce, humus and rice cakes.
Not being a fan of rice cakes or hummus that would be a VERY low calorie lunch for me.

The problem is that if we end up where I want to go, I will be making up for everything I didn't eat today!
Hummous with minced garlic? Are you one of these people that smell of garlic after they've eaten it??
I'm trying to spread out the eating during the day...low calorie, higher protein than I normally eat and lots of fruit and veg.
