So where is the "will call"?

Just ordered our tickets for Halloween party on Oct 4th . I forgot to ask, where is the "will call" to pick up tickets?

Just go the Concierge desk at your hotel when you check in. That's where we picked up our Pirate & Princess Party tickets.

When I ordered my MNSSHP tickets, I asked if they could be picked up at the resort. MS told me that you can get them at MK Guest Services or the will call windows at the transportation center. She said that they couldn't be picked up at the resort.

She was wrong about the resorts. Will calls for hard ticket events can most definitely be picked up at any Disney resort's Lobby Concierge desk, DVC or non-DVC. Be sure you bring your confirmation number with you.
