So where EXACTLY in DLH is Goofy's Kitchen?

We are going to be staying at HOJOs, but have a brunch PS on a Thursday when we will not be going to the parks.

I was thinking of driving over and parking in the lot for DTD, so that we can wander over there for a couple of hours after we eat. (Am I correct in understanding that I can have my parking validated at GK and get 5 hours free in the DTD lot?)

Is the proximity of the DTD lot to DLH a reasonable walk? How much time should I allow for parking and walking for a 9:30 PS? In which of the buildings is GK located?

I'm not sure where the DTD parking is, but if you are walking from DTD under the magician hat. Go straight back, past the pool, through the double doors at the end and make a left. If you are entering through the main DLH lobby, make a right to the end of the hall, and then a left.

I'm not real sure since it was my first visit there but it was real easy to find and we entered it off the main lobby area

we drove from hojo to goofy's kitchen because we scheduled the breakfast the morning of the last day and we were taking off to go home then. We parked at DTD parking and we were so early they didn't even have us take a ticket. At DTD you get the first 3 hours parking free, after that you have to pay (unless you get validated)

Yes you can park in the DTD lot and easily and quickly walk to Goofy's Kitchen. It will probably take you about 5 minutes to walk from your car to Goofy's Kitchen.

From the DTD lot, you walk up between the ESPN Zone and Rainforest Cafe. Turn right at the ESPN Zone and walk towards the DL Hotel. You will see Mickey's Sorcerer hat and you will want to walk towards it (and under it!). Just keep walking forward and the building directly in front of you is where GK is. It is inside the hotel in the back of the lobby. It is not hard to find.

And as PP stated, the 1st 3 hours are free in the lot. But you can get validated for another 2 hours, I think, so in total it makes 5 hours.
