You could try Disney.com and try your luck. I just booked a last minute hotel at the Baymont Inn that is on 7601 Black Lake Road which is very close to the AKL. Got the room for $63.00 night. It is a good location. There is a Super Target 2 minutes away as well as a Publix.

You can book in advance, I booked late November 2011 in August 2011. I've looked months out too.
