I would love to hear all about ASMo when you get back. We will be there 10/30 -11/9

Oh will do, I have a spiral notebook all ready so I can write down notes and at the end of each day Im gona write our day down so I can make a scrap book when i get back so I will have lots of details for you.

It will be our 25th anniversary and we plan on staying 2 weeks and doing LOTS of "dream" things. And, since I'm unemployed again, it'll give us time to save and pay the trip with cash instead of credit cards.

Very cool! My reasons for a possible delay are similar. I want to take my 3 nieces and 1 nephew (plus me, DD and probably my DSis who is currently 12yo) sometime. I would need to save awhile to make that one happen, plus would love to do a few "extras" with them as well. I've got to decide whether to wait so the next trip can be that big one or get in one more for DD and I before then. Guess we'll see how I feel after the trip we have this month. It's DH's first time going with us and I'm not sure how that's going to affect the overall experience.

RMAMom - I love AS Movies! It was always my favorite until Pop snuck into first. I still really like it though.

We're going Sept. 17-24th and staying at the all-star music. As for DS who is sick, took him to the doctor last night and he has pneumonia. HOW did THAT happen? Anyway, brought him home with a nebulizer and with a couple of days worth of treatments he should be good as new.
But, all of this means another day of missed work and no paycheck. Oh well, he is first and foremost and on the way to feeling better!

Can't wait to see other DISers while in Disney. I'll be wearing my lime green mickey. Say hi if you see me......Danielle

Hi, I'm a lurker and fairly new as well but am continually amazed at the creativity and generosity on this board!!! I am hoping to make some shirts for my family for our trip.

We are going on our first ever trip (for all of us) Nov. 28-Dec.7/08. We're staying on site for the first two nights at AK (DVC rental) and the next 7 off site (Mystic Dunes), I would have loved to stay on site for the whole trip but it is a time share owned by a family member that we couldn't pass up! In fact the reason we're staying longer than a week is due to the money we will save on the timeshare rental!

It will me me, dh, ds(11) and dd(5), I am so super excited (I think I may be the most excited out of everyone as I'm doing all of the planning). None of us have ever even been on a plane before so it will truly be a trip of 'firsts'.

Until I found these boards I had no idea how much planning is involved. It's a little overwhelming at times but I love it! Although it is a little addicting.

My thoughts are with those of you who are ill or have ill family members hoping that everyone recovers before your trip!

We're going January 9-16 2009. there's 8 of us (me & dh and our 4 kids, as well as my parents) and we're staying at the ASMo. I can't wait!!!

Well, first off I would like to wish all that are sick a quick recovery and hope all are well before their trips.
Our trip is planned for Aug 2-16th 2009 at Pop. There will be 8 of us, this includes myself, 2 DD's, friend from work, DSis, DBil, their Children(DS,DD, and baby?(due in Feb). For most of us it is our second trip(first for friend and of course baby) I am doing most of the planning and it is now becoming difficult to do because we are thinking about meal planning and my sis lives in NC. Telephone bill could become high. We will be celebrating my niece's b-day so have to something special for her and My oldest daughter will celebrate her 16th b-day in June before we leave, so would like to do something special for her as well. My other daughter will be 15 in Sep after we get back and nephew will turn 13 on the same day as daughter turns 15. I guess we should just celebrate everyone's b-days while there.
I would be great to run in to people while there that have met on here.
Will have to start planning trip for 2012 and 2013 for both of the girls' graduations. Took son on a DCL for his graduation so will leave it up to the girls which they would rather do. I am sure at least one of them will pick the DCL(with a little push )

So sorry to hear about that. My son had Pneumonia as well a few mths ago. He unfortunately had to be hospitalized for a week. (He was 17 mths old)Make sure you do not miss a treatment and might want to take the nebulizer with you JIK. Better safe than sorry. Hope he will be better soon and running around at disney.

I leave on 9/27 and wont be home until 10/5. Staying at the ASM as well. Have stayed there before and absolutely loved it. So did the kids so that was a definite bonus.
