So...When and Where Do You Listen to the Podcast?

I was very excited to see when Kevin posted that the new show is being recorded and I was just thinking about listening to it tomorrow. That got me thinking even more... When/Where do you listen to the DIS podcasts? Most of the time I listen to them in the car or while I'm making dinner. I had planned on listening to this week's podcast while making meatballs and homemade spaghetti sauce. (Yum) However, I've also listened to the podcast in very strange situations such as... while getting my eyebrows waxed and having my feet dipped in paraffin. I'd love to hear some strange and interesting places you listen!

I listen to it on the computer while I work. Sometimes I stream Disney music behind it too. I'm know, I'm a freak!

DW and I save 'em up and listen whenever we have car rides over an hour. Makes the drive go by so fast. Especially the 17 hour drive to Orlando.

I listen on my morning walks. I walk for 45 minutes so a long show can last me two days.

While I drive. I let the kids watch a DVD so I can listen to the podcast in peace...plus if they heard the word Disney they would go nuts and want to know if we were going back.

I save them to listen when I'm walking (4+miles), or when driving. Dh and I drive all over our state doing Continuing Education Training and the drives can't get pretty tiring...nothing like a good podcast to keep me awake at the wheel.

I love to turn on podcasts to fall asleep. Better than TV - no urge to open eyes and they turn themselves off when they're done, too.

They're great for walks because music always gets me walking to the beat of the music and it is often too slow or too fast. People talking is easier to walk to.

I usually listen on my commute to to work. Earlier this year, I was listening alot in the infusion room getting chemotherapy and waiting in doctor's offices. I remember someone (named Jeff??) called in awhile back and mentioned that he listened alot in doctor's waiting rooms and hospitals. I felt like I was listening to myself! The podcast did really make the time pass quickly and provided a great mental escape. Listening to one of Pete's rants or Kevin's dining reviews was much better for me than visualizing rainbows and fields of flowers as others told me to do to relax!!!

It is hard to pinpoint a time and place as it really depends on when the podcast shows up in iTunes. I would say we listen mostly at home then second would be the car.

I'm leaving tomorrow night for a 3 hour drive down into Indiana for the weekend so, I've saved last week's email show (although it's killed me!) for the drive down along with some early ones I haven't listened to yet.

In my car, at about 0500 when I'm driving to a dog show on the weekend. The drive to most of the shows is 1 to 11/2 hours, so with an e-mail show and a discussion show, I'm good! I always download the latest ones and then have some of the old shows for the trip home.
