I like PM. For those who have not been charged the gratuity, may have been on the dining plan. It clearly states at the bottom, the gratuity is not added on to the dining plans so you can control the gratuity. We left a tip last week( I am not trying to start a debate) because our server was extremely friendly and overly helpful. My parents went on another night and never paid a gratuity, again on the dining plan because they did not read the bottom of the ticket. The only problem I had was my 10 yr added 2 slices of bacon on his chicken sandwich. The register operator was charging me a snack credit for them. I challenged it politely and she said ok. I was there when HOSA, some conventioners were there and it was not a problem. I like it because it freshly made.
