If you purchased at Saratoga Springs, you won't get permanent membership cards until next spring. The Closing on your purchase will not occur until April, and you'll receive the permanent cards within a few weeks after that.
Temporary cards should have been included in your Welcome Packet. All of the other relevant details were included in that mailing as well. If you are making payments via direct debit, the details of the withdrawl should have been spelled out in the paperwork you signed and returned. Nothing left to do other than making reservations...and payments!
