So What's Next?

Ok So I overnighted my check on Tuesday so the closing company should have received it Wed. My questions is what's next? Will someone contact me when we are closed to let us know it's done? How long should it take to get our welcome home kit? How much longer to I have to wait? OMG, I sound like my whinny children

10 days from when the final payment is received, you can contact MS to get your online access to the DVC member site going - that's what The TimeShare Store advised us when we bought OKW resale in 2006. We were able to contact MS and set up our online access 9 days after TTS received our payment.

It can take longer than that, but there's no harm in calling MS and checking to see if you're in their system at the 10-day mark.

No one from MS contacted us to let us know we were "in the system". We also did not receive a welcome kit either - had to ask for one from DVC. The cards arrived a LOT later in the mail.

Thanks for the info, I would not have even thought about calling MS. Can anyone give me the ph # for MS? Also, where can I get the OKW logo to put in my sig?
