They asked this on the radio this morning and I was surprised at how many people are driving around with toilet paper in the trunk of their car! I guess you never know when you might have an emergency.
One lady had Christmas ornaments!
Since this is Michigan, a lot of people had things like an extra coat, a blanket, snowboots, a shovel, etc. I don't keep that stuff in the car unless I'm going out of town--I'm not a very good Girl Scout. I have a PT Cruiser so I have no trunk per se, but all I have in the "cargo area" is an empty WDW bag that got left there after vacation. I'd take it out but it makes me smile every time I see it so I just leave it in there.
