So, what'd ya eat?

Breakfast: Everything bagel and peach mango iced tea
Lunch: half of a fried rice bowl with orange chicken, 2 spring rolls, and a raspberry iced tea
Dinner: nothing, yet.
 
Breakfast - Special K.
Lunch - Pasta, and water to drink.
Snack - Ham roll. :p
Dinner - Gammon, Pots + Salad.

All I've drunk today is water and two cups of tea.
 
Breakfast- bagel with butter.
Lunch- half of a turkey and cheese sandwich. potato chips. A bottle of water.
Dinner- idk. my mom is working late so probably whatever i feel like.
Snack- a handful of Cheeseits and another bottle of water.
 
B- nothing
L- lunchables pizza with cheese, oreo cakesters 100 calorie pack, water
S- garden salsa sun chips and tang :teeth:
D- nothing yet
 

B- danimals strawberry banana drinkable yougurt (lol)
L- spinach and swiss cheese wrap, water
S- garden salsa sun chips
D- 1 and 1/5 morningstar chicken alternatives strips, dr pepper
 
B - Special K Strawberry Bar (yummmmmo)
S - Caramal corn rice cake.
L - Tuna with light mayo in a pita and a small salad.
S - Sugarfree chocolate pudding.
S - Whole wheat crackers with reduced fat cheese.
D - I'm about to have turkey burgers in a pita with lettuce and roasted red peppers. Then I'll have some roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli.
S - I'll probably have some more SF pudding later, or another ricecake.

I'm a snacker. :D Actually, I'm also eating some strawberries right now. I eat small meals, so I can snack more! Lol.
 
Breakfast: vanilla yogurt and Grape nuts trail mix with raisins
Lunch: peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Snack: strawberries
Dinner: going to have chicken quesadillas
 
B-Half a bagel with peanut butter, capri sun :D
L-peanut butter sandwich,potato chips,bottle of water
S-handful of Cheez-its
D-Cheeseburger on toasted bread and a glass of Diet Coke.

yeahh, i'm not a healthy eater. hahaha.
 
B - Cheerios Oat Clusters Crunch with skim milk.
S - Some strawberries.
L - Some chicken breast with cherry tomatoes and baby carrots dipped in italian.
S - More cheerioes and skim milk. They're addicting!
D - I'm making shredded chicken simmered in tomatoes and chiles and I'll eat it on a whole wheat tortilla.
S - I'll have an apple or ricecake later.
 
Thursday -
B - Cheerios Oat Clusters with skim milk
L - Ham and reduced fat cheddar on whole wheat with mustard and veggies
D - Sliced sirloin with carmelized onions served with roasted sweet potatoes and green beans.
S - Frozen SF pudding, apple, strawberries.

Friday -
B - Special K Strawberry Bar
L - Turkey and reduced fat cheddar on whole wheat with mustard and veggies.
D - Went out after a birthday party to Applebee's. Had cajun lime tilapia with rice pilaf and broccoli and a small salad.
S - Caramel corn ricecake.

Saturday
B - I skipped it. =/
L - Turkey and ham 6" from subway.
D - Turkey and reduced fat cheddar on whole wheat with honey mustard and veggies.
S - SF Jello and strawberries

Today.
B - I skipped it again. =/
L - Lean Cuisine (Pasta Romano with Bacon). It made me feel yucky; too many carbs and not enough veggies.
D - I'm making sauteed fish with mixed veggies and roasted herb potato.
S - No snacks yet, I'll probably have some fruit later.

As you can see, I have drastically decreased my snacking intake. I think I'm getting more used to eating healthy and controlling my hunger.
 
Yesterday.

B - Cheerios w/ Oat Clusters and skim milk.
L - Turkey and pepperjack w/ honey mustard on whole wheat and a salad.
S - Crystal Light Peach Tea popsicle.
D - Chopped steak w/ onion and bell peppers. A bit of baked potato with pico de gallo and some grilled veggies. (This was at a restaurant, and very iffy if any of it was healthy).
S - Couple spoonfulls of SF vanilla pudding
 
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: nachos and a coke
Dinner: egg and chedder cheese on an English Muffin and chocolate milk
 
Breakfast-Plain bagel w/ butter
Lunch-Chicken cutlet
Dinner-Pizza
 
Yesterday.
B - Nothing
L - Turkey and reduced fat pepperjack sandwich on whole wheat with a small salad.
D - Grilled herb chicken with broccoli and steamed red potatoes from Applebee's.
S - Half a banana.
 
Yesterday:
B - nothing.
L - nothing.
D - some KFC mashed potatoes and gravy.
S - a piece of toast, a bottle of water, and 4 glasses of chocolate milk.

Today:
B - nothing.
L - some KFC mashed potatoes and gravy.
S - ?
D - ?

chocolate milk is the only drink my stomach can handle right now. weirdd
 
Today...
B - Coco Pops and Sugar on Toast :)
L - Jam Sandwich, Two Apples, Cheesestring, Salt and Vinegar Crisps, a Drifter and a Can of Diet Cherry Coke.
D - Spag Bol and a Wispa ChocolateYoghurt thing :)

I eat a lot of unhealthy food xD

L - Nutella on bread, with baked Wotsits (I think)
D - Quorn in a cajun spiced sauce with diced potatoes
S - Clementine, satsuma, small bag of digestive biscuits, Haribo

Today:
B - Nothing (woke up at 12:45 O_o)
L - Rice Krispies (although you could call it breakfast...)
D - Quorn in a cajun spiced sauce with diced potatoes
S - Homemade flapjack, maybe a clementine later today.

B - Wheetabix with cinnamon
L - Nutella on bread, with baked Wotsits (I think)
D - Quorn in a cajun spiced sauce with diced potatoes
