B - Cheerios Oat Clusters with skim milk
L - Ham and reduced fat cheddar on whole wheat with mustard and veggies
D - Sliced sirloin with carmelized onions served with roasted sweet potatoes and green beans.
S - Frozen SF pudding, apple, strawberries.
Friday -
B - Special K Strawberry Bar
L - Turkey and reduced fat cheddar on whole wheat with mustard and veggies.
D - Went out after a birthday party to Applebee's. Had cajun lime tilapia with rice pilaf and broccoli and a small salad.
S - Caramel corn ricecake.
Saturday
B - I skipped it. =/
L - Turkey and ham 6" from subway.
D - Turkey and reduced fat cheddar on whole wheat with honey mustard and veggies.
S - SF Jello and strawberries
Today.
B - I skipped it again. =/
L - Lean Cuisine (Pasta Romano with Bacon). It made me feel yucky; too many carbs and not enough veggies.
D - I'm making sauteed fish with mixed veggies and roasted herb potato.
S - No snacks yet, I'll probably have some fruit later.
As you can see, I have drastically decreased my snacking intake. I think I'm getting more used to eating healthy and controlling my hunger.
