So, what'd ya eat?

B - Nothing
L - Ham sandwich and plain Lays.
D - Ordered pizza.
S - I'm munching on a coffee chocolate cookie right now.
 
B - Nothing
L - Part of a hamburger and some fries.
D - Tonight I'm definitely making the spinach and asiago chicken sausage with angel hair pasta and herbs. No ordering pizza will be done tonight!

Yesterday:

B: half of a pink vitamin water
L: nothing, I forgot my lunch at home and chicken was the only choice at school lunch
D: morning star "chicken" patty with cheese and dr. pepper
S: ranch doritos :D

Today:

B: nothing
L: lunchables pizza with 2 cheeses instead of pepperoni, 100 calorie pack of oreo cakesters, peach ice tea
D: nothing yet
S: mountian dew
 
B - toast and butter!
L - tuna mayo bagels x2
D - Cereal and gonna have some toast in a bit but im not realy hungry
S - chocolate bar and more toast at break time

i didnt realise that i ate that much :scared1:

D - Peice of veggie (little bit of pepperoni) pizza and a greens/tomato salad
 
B -- I had an iced coffee and an apple
S -- Granola bar
L -- Goldfish, and half a bagel sandwich, and pomegranite limeade
S -- More goldfish
D -- Steak... with ????
 
Breakfast: yogurt with granola, raisins, and almonds
Lunch: apple
Dinner: hot dog

Today.

B - One of those little BK breakfast shots
L - Chef salad from Cracker Barrel.
D - BBQ Chicken Chopped salad from TGI Fridays (Heavenly good).
S - Chocolate dipped waffle bowl with vanilla and nutter butter icecream from Marble Slab Creamery. (Again, HEAVENLY. Dense, rich, creamy. Not anything like that nasty store bought icecream. It was 6 bucks though!)

I've been out from about 9-4 just doing things for the past two days. I've barely had time to breathe!
 
Yesterday:
B-special k cinnamon cereal with chocolate milk
L-quiznos sub, pudding, animal crackers.
D-hot dog, fries, cheese fries, mozzerella sticks and a coke. ewwww.
S-i cant remember.

Today:
B-chocolate milk
L-chicken patty sandwich with chips and a pepsi.
D-pizza and a coke.
S-popcorn and a FUZE drink. I <3 them.
 
Yesterday.

B - 2 biscuits and some sausage gravy.
L - Nothing
D - Chicken, rice, and salad.

Today.

B - Nothing
L - Part of a Mcdonald's cheeseburger and some fries.
D - Salad, peice of salmon, a few shrimp, green beans.
S - 1 peanut butter chocolate thing from Kopper Kettle and tea.

B - Nothing, didn't eat til 1. I forgot! :sad2: (Diet Dr Pepper)
L - Chicken wrap and a few fries from Mcdonalds. (Sweet tea)
D - Sausage on a roll with mustard and chips/dip. (Diet Dr Pepper)
S - A few strawberries I put in the freezer for a while, so yummy. (Diet V8 Berry fusion juice)(Diet Green tea with ginseng and honey).

I have some chocolate cake donuts (they're heavenly) that I could eat but I'm trying not to. Attempting to prep myself a bit for my diet starting on Monday.
 
B- banana yougurt and granola
L- this really nasty veggie wrap. I hate onions and it was mostly onions so I took them out and I was left with only pepper, artichoke, and egg plant. and water.
D- Mac and Cheese and dr pepper
 
B: Toast and bacon with milk
L: Grilled cheese sandwich, BBQ chips, and some iced tea
D: Steak and chicken with iced tea
 
Breakfast - banana nut muffin
Lunch - Shrimp and pasta salad
Dinner - a hot dog (yuck!)
 
Yesterday.

B - Nothing
L - Hotdog, icky.
D - I went to McDonalds again! I went there 3 days in a row, ugh. I had a Chicken BLT.
S - Nothing.

Today, the first day of my diet! I'm doing pretty good so far.

B - Special K Vanilla Crisp bar.
S - Caramel corn ricecake (I felt like I was cheating; it was so sweet)
L - Big salad with chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, and low fat italian w/ about 10 whole wheat crackers and 5 strawberries.
S - I'll have a yogurt and some mango later.
D - I'm cooking lemon pepper fish, brussel sprouts (ew, but healthy), and a small potato.
S - Another ricecake!

Oh, and I'm drinking nothing but water today.
