Yesterday.
B - Nothing
L - Hotdog, icky.
D - I went to McDonalds again! I went there 3 days in a row, ugh. I had a Chicken BLT.
S - Nothing.
Today, the first day of my diet! I'm doing pretty good so far.
B - Special K Vanilla Crisp bar.
S - Caramel corn ricecake (I felt like I was cheating; it was so sweet)
L - Big salad with chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, and low fat italian w/ about 10 whole wheat crackers and 5 strawberries.
S - I'll have a yogurt and some mango later.
D - I'm cooking lemon pepper fish, brussel sprouts (ew, but healthy), and a small potato.
S - Another ricecake!
Oh, and I'm drinking nothing but water today.
