Been There, Done That, Going Back!

I started at first on SBD and now I am on other. I pretty much only eat chicken/veggies/some fruit but occasionally have some starch. It is working for me. I have lost 25 pounds since March 21st. It is a very slow journey! I exercise daily, although I may be taking at least 1 day off per week if I want to, at the gym doing cardio/weights. I also really push the water now. All in all I feel much better.
