So what offers did you do today?

I was going through all the offers at SR and QR and am feeling overwhelmed again. I have done a few of them and some I don't want to do but there are others that I just don't know about. So which offers did you do today? THANKS

None!! I am chickening out!! After doing some that you can cancel online it is getting harder and harder for me to do those you have to cancel by phone! Guess I just need to take a deep breath and do it!!

I haven't done any so far today but last week I signed up for 14. It was a busy week for me . I'm still waiting on the credit for SR for a few I did on friday though.

There are a few I plan on doing through QR later today though. Although this morning I had an annoying experience so I'm kinda exhausted when I think about doing the offers right now!

Today I spent 30 minutes on the phone with bargain.com to get my $2 "refundable" fee refunded. Of course the girl couldn't do it and transfered me to a supervisor who tried to tell me only $1 could get refunded but I said no it says both amounts can be refunded. So she's all like where did you see that so I'm like on your website under 7 day trial so I read it to her. My gosh! I did finally get my $2 back I can't believe I spend 30 minutes talking to someone/on hold for a few bucks . No wonder the hold time was so long! I did cancel automatically over the phone for that one but if you want your $2 bucks back you are going to need to talk to someone. So I netted all $10 of that offer.

My other cancel by phone offers haven't been that bad so I don't know what there problem is!

Go do Learning Advantage by QR for $17. I did this one last month for SR so I can't do it. It pays $17! They will charge you $6.95 but if you call them the same or next day and tell them you want to cancel they won't send it out and they credited me my shipping. It was an easy phone call too. Large professional company that didn't pressure me into or ask me to do anything else! Now I can't say for sure that will happen for everyone else but I remember last month a few people talking about that offer and the same happened for them. You could probably find the old thread around here some place!

I have been thinking about that one. I guess I will do that one later tonight. Then call tomorrow morning. That way they shouldn't be able to actually send that one out by then. You gave me guts. THANKS.

I second advantage language it was a great way to boost your account kinda like the video professor trial! I canceled mine right away after I got credit so I was never shipped anything and didn't have to worry about sending back for the refund. The guy I spoke to Moe was super nice. I just told him I signed up and was having second thoughts he didn't make me feel bad or anything about canceling before shipment.

Because silly me did it when it was called dollars4driving at TT and was never credited before i had to cancel the 1 day trial. It was easy to cancel though, just never recieved credit. QR should though, he is so good at crediting. I wish I could do it.

That stinks! I know how you feel. I did three offers on SR back in October that i never got credit for and now i can't do them on QR.

Oh, did you do the healthplan one or grant assistant? They can be cancelled online and are real easy also!

I just did the advantage language one so hopefully i can cancel it before they send anything!

It seems when it rains it pours when it comes to doing these trials! I appreciate everyone mentioning those that they've done & how to cancel & how it was to cancel!

I did BMG on SR (along with some of the other easy ones that she sent in the email)

On QR I did Instant Grant Finder, Google Toolkit, eAuction Expert (all have been accepted except Grant Finder). Also bought a Disney Gift Card through QR with the 9% back so I would have enough for the special Disney GC on the 12th.

THANK YOU for those that convinced me to do Advantage Language and Video Professor. I signed up last night through QR. Got my credit and called this morning. Both were caught before they were shipped so I don't have to worry about that and AL refunded the shipping! So I made 33.00 in one night!!
I was almost sick before calling because I haet that but it wasn't too bad. AL was easy and VP was easy just a bit more talking.

If you haven't done these yet you should try them. At least if you are going to call to cancel they make you the most money.

I did Make Money with Google on QR today, but have not got credited yet. I am wondering if my CC did not go through because an hour later, my Disney Visa called and said they were concerned of fraud. I had lots of little internet billings - oh, all of my trial offers are causing a red flag on my Visa . It is straightened out now.

Hey I started a thread that you can do Advantage Language and cancel by emailing them. It takes a few days for them to process it, and you have to send back the items by writing "Return to Sender" and then you will get your shipping refunded when they recieve the package. Just for those who don't like to call - but, if you do this awhile, you will get over that. I hated to call. Now I do it all the time!
