I just moved to NYC and got 2 part time jobs at Lush and Saks.

I would spend all my earnings before the check was cashed I love Lush!

We really are the creative, giving cultural force in society! Just look at all the many different things we do with our lives. A great cross reference of our community and not a boring job in site.

Well, I hate to disappoint, but I'm the one with the boring job.

I'm the Senior Staff Accountant (sometimes called assistant controller) at a Time-share resort in Kissimmee. It's not the best or most exciting job I've ever had, but the pay is decent, and I work 40 hours and go home to Scott and Tolliver. No late nights, no working on my days off, not a lot of stress, and I get to play on the DIS from my office. It works for me.

I am not familiar with LUSH, I wonder if it is Boston area, I will have to ask my daughters. I have an esthetician's license and have worked for cosmetic lines before and worked in a spa, but always was into antiques, collecting, and then just started reading and learning and then dealing. I love it. The hunt is the best... finding that special item and either hoarding it until the market goes up, or selling it immediately at a huge profit. Antique dealers tend to be very competitive, I try to stay out of all that.

ps.. there is one on Newbury Street, I will have to check it out next time I am in that area of Boston..
