So what happens when you put someone on your buddy list?

I resolve to get more buddies on my buddy list and see what happens.

Sounds like a plan to me. We could all use more buddies in our lives!

(no pie isn't too much to ask for, did you know that is the nick name we have for the baby? Lily pie, but we just call her pie for short! )

That explains why I haven't seen a pie on my doorstep...you're waiting for me to see her around town. And please, don't just drop her off on my doorstep--you have to stay and change the diapers!

And what in the heck are you people doing on here just after midnight? Wait a minute, it might not be after midnight where you are? I need to go tell my 12yo and his friends to come back inside--they are outside having fun. Oh, to be 12yo old again!

All we do at midnight is watch the ball drop on TV, and pray the neighbors don't set any houses on fire with all of their illegal fireworks.

So far so good in our neighborhood. One neighbor did his illegal fireworks and there's no fire engine yet at least. I went to call in my 12yo and his friends who are spending the night (why is it always my house these kids spend the night at? ), but they must be down at the neighbor's house who set off the fireworks (he has a 12yo DD...).

My 15yo is on the computer and didn't even wish us a Happy New year, DD is at a party, and little guy Jake is fast asleep. Yep, another exciting night in the 'burbs.

Thats a screenshot of my buddy list (a very small portion of it, too) But you see where there are online disers and offline disers? and the checkbox is for PMs. You can see that they are online by the green dot next to their names.

I went poking around my user CP, trying to figure this buddy list out and saw that I have a buddy and I have no idea who they are. Must have been on there for a while for me to not remember. I'll have to do a search of their name and try and figure out who they are. And, no, when I put them, whoever they are, on my buddy list they didn't deliver me dinner, either.

I did a search for that unknown person on my buddy list and she's still an active poster, but I don't have a clue who she is. Guess I should remove her.
