So What exactly is Outsourced???

I have always loved the interaction I've had with CM's at all the resorts. Now I'm hearing about proble,s with moutskeepin and ME. Disney has always had a strict policy when it came to hiring people with the right attitude. Have we lost that???

Word has it that Housekeeping and valet parking are outsourced, and Magical Express is a contract with Mears...I don't think Disney would've had enough equipment to do ME, plus getting the necessary permits, without contracting the service out.

AS this is a non-DVC specific thread, I'm sending it over to Resorts.

I don't like to hear that Mousekeeping is outsourced. I don't want anyone who isn't a Disney employee in my room without me being present. If something goes wrong, it's too difficult to get the proper recourse. Can anyone confirm that Mousekeepers are no longer CM's? If so, I'll be requesting no Mousekeeping during my next stay, or scheduling it at a time when I can be there to watch.
