Al Quada information that a new attack has been approved. The gov't says another big attack is imminent along with smaller ones. They've notified state/local agencies to be on high alert. Why are we still at the yellow level?

I was thinking that the other day also....why are we still at yellow if they know something is probably going to happen. They obviously don't know when or where but hello....you've been warned??!!!????

binny, that was my thought too. I guess bin laden and his guru's need to give the ok before they can proceed.

I was also wondering why we were still under yellow. I keep seeing articles mentioning how concerned they are about another attack. Maybe the don't want to "overuse" the color codes.

Unless we know exactly when and where they will strike there is nothing we can really do. Why bother "upping" the security level? Of course, I'm no security expert, so I don't really know
