Sounds like everyone's having a nice day so far!

DD tried to wake me up at 5:30. She's 12. I was like, "Huh uh, this isn't working for me, come back later." She came back at 6, then 7, then finally at 8:30 I got up and told her we could go downstairs. What a nut!

Anyway, I got my big gift last night and posted a thread about it -- it's a Disney charm bracelet with most of the major Disney characters. So beautiful! Then I got two Mickey ornaments from Lenox, and a big Eeyore statue from Lenox. Those were from DH. DD got me slippers, and DS got me books. Yay!

We just unwrapped our gifts. I got a Garmin GPS unit so I won't get lost anymore! Also got a 2 gig CF card, some super soft warm socks, three CD's, a USB drive, a Starbucks gift card, a greyhound charm for my bracelet, and the much coveted saddlebags for my car.

The best part was seeing DS's face light up when he found the video game he's been asking for for a couple of months stuffed way down in the bottom of his stocking after all the gifts were opened and he didn't think he had gotten it.

DS (7) made me a painted candle holder and a poem to go along with it.
DS (5) made me a wreath with his picture in it.

Both made me cry

DH & I ran out of money so we didn't exchange gifts once again

Gold opal earrings. The opals are iridescent, never seen ones like this before. When DH gets back from retrieving the camera at the neighbors, I will post a pic. Slippers and the promise of new robe. Candy and a desk calendar for women who do too much.

I love the homemade gifts as well. I was very lucky to receive 10 homemade ornaments. DD is so talented. DH gave me a MP3 player, 4 place setting to my winterberry dishes, a serving bowl, platter, and egg plate. DD also gave me a Kitchen Aide Mixer, so happy, and Harry Potter Scene it. Together I received a new car stereo and some CD's. Merry Christmas everyone.

I got a 1.25 carat moissanite ring set in 14k gold.... it's beautiful, cost a fraction of a diamond ring, and my SILs will never know it's not a diamond.

This was a huge surprise! I have a mini, and had mentioned that if I ever needed a new one, I would get the Classic. It was a total hypothetical conversation. DH totally surprised me!
We still have to go to my parents and his parents for Christmas, but we aren't leaving for another half hour.

I got a disney trip from dh and my dd 21 gave me victoria secret pj's and 75.00 give card to macys and and my three littler ones gave me a dvd. and my inlaws 40.00 and a wine set and wine. I can't wait for my trip next month. My oldest and i are going alone. Girls getaway.

Dh gave me two awesome lenses for my camera - a telephoto and a wide angle - love them both!!

It was a Paul McCartney Christmas here as ds13 gave dh one of Paul's older cd's, I gave Dh the latest dvd collection of Paul's stuff, and ds gave me a book about Paul McCartney! We have 2 copies of his latest cd so dh & I can both have them in our cars and ds downloaded it onto his ipod. We all love Paul!

Dd8 was sooooo excited to give me the locket she purchased at her school gift shop. She got lots of bath stuff, arts & crafts projects, littlest pet shops, games and a black ds lite among other things. Ds got 2 lego trains, more tracks, gameboy & wii games, some books and some other things.

We are all happy and very blessed! We had a get-together with my family on saturday.

My husband and I just exchanged presents. Doing family presents this afternoon, but here's what I got so far...

Friends seasons 1, 2 and 3. I had seasons 4-10 and hubby said I had to finish off the collection - I hadn't even asked for that so I was very surprised!

I got 4 cd's. My favorite being the Hairspray movie soundtrack! yea!

Tons of books - I love to read!!!

I got Santa Clause 3!! I was totally bugging him the past month to buy me that and he said that he never would and then there it was!!! And I got Cinderella 2 also!

Great stuff so far.
