We had friends over on Saturday so the house is already clean. (Yay!) This morning we went out for breakfast to our favorite diner. This afternoon, I washed the dog, then DH and I actually sat out on the porch and read books. (We NEVER use our porch so this felt really vacation-y and relaxing.)
This evening we're going to the mall to buy DH a pair of shorts and to buy me a new summery purse.
I love 3 day weekends! I'm in a Monday-through-Friday job now and I was SO spoiled by the schedule of my last job (3 twelve hour shifts a week, no weekends)...this is a much better job, though
