So what are you good at cooking?

Baked pasta with sauce and meatballs. Ok, so the sauce and meatballs are storebought (and the pasta is too), but I'm real good at cooking everything, putting it together, then baking it for a few minutes, to melt some cheesy goodness on top

I can only cook a few things well, but I cook them VERY well.

1. Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner (brown sugar & pineapple ham, chicken and dressing, garlic mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole etc, etc).

2. Bean and cheese enchiladas

3. Chicken casserole

4. Chicken Pot Pie

5. Cake mix chocolate chip pecan cookies (not a special skill, I know, but I love 'em)

6. Carrot cake

7. S.O.S.

I make really good homemade brownies, several different kinds, chocolate chip cookies and my spaghetti and meatballs are really good, I make a mean meatball! I have them on this week's menu too!

BTW: I HATE meatloaf! LOL! I think my mom made it too much when I was a kid or something, but I won't touch the stuff now let alone make it!

I've done a pretty good lemon pepper chicken pasta, but my main specialty is baking, specifically frosted almond sugar cookies and cable car brownies (made with Ghirardelli chocolate).

BTW, we leave on Monday for the cruise. I sure hope the ship has internet access or I'll be suffering from severe DIS withdrawal.
