There is no way I can find on MDE to update our reservations with that info! It asked when we made the reservations, but at the time I hadn't been diagnosed. So, what now? Should I hunt down the dining departments phone # to get this info added to my ADR's or should I just let the wait staff know when we show up to eat? This is giving me a headache, the whole diagnosis is overwhelming and I just knew that updating my ADR's would be the easiest part! Sorry if I posted on the wrong board. I'm a newbie, still trying to find my way around here! :)

1-407-wdw-dine is the number. It should be easily noted on your reservation. Of course you should also let them know when you get there and the chef should come out and talk to you. If you have questions you may want to post on the disABILITIES board as they may be better answered there.

My son has peanut allergies and on our trip last month I forgot to note that in 2 of our reservations when I booked them online. I called 407-WDW-DINE and they put the allergy on our reservations. I also made sure when I checked in at the restaurants that it was noted and every time the chef came out and spoke with us. Disney is fabulous when it comes to food allergies.

When you check in at the podium for each restaurant, just let them know. That way the server is notified and then the chef will come out. Disney makes is a very easy process and it works fine for us each time.
