As some of you may remember I surprised my fiancee with a trip to Disneyland last year for her birthday and i Revealed it by decorating the house and each room was a different theme and there was a story to stop the evil pirate and get his treasure which revealed a letter fron Mickey and Minnie inviting us both to celebrate her birthday in Disney (yes I am a big kid at heart lol)
So this year we are getting married and I am surprising my fiancee and her maid of honor with a 4 night break in DLP, her maid of honor knows I have a trip planned for both but she doesnt know where and my fiancee doesnt even know theres a trip.
I have created a series of 4 videos by taking clips from different trailers/scenes etc, very creepy scenes as they will be based around Tower Of Terror and Haunted mansion, first video shows a little boy at a desk talking about the 2nd coming up and then goes into a field with a creepy tower right in the background (ToT) and then a bunch of codes and letter which once you unjumble them spell out DLP, and then at the end it starts a countdown to the day they go. I put the 1st video on facebook last night and tagged them both in it, they have no idea what on earth is going on! lol
I am now going to start the 2nd video ready for next week which is going to focus around ToT once more with a hint of Haunted Mansion.
The hope is they actually dont crack the code till the 4th video as the plan is to send them the fourth video whilst my fiancee is round her friends with a message to come back to the 'Haunted Mansion' where I will be dressed up as a scary ghost/goul and I will be setting traps throughout the house, and IF they manage to get to the final room it will contain the final piece to the puzzle which will reveal the Eurostar/hotel and disney park tickets.
A few things need fine thinking through still but overall what do you think of the idea? My only concern is the final part is too similar to last year!
