I ask because something humorous happened the other day between my Mom and Maddy.

My Mom has 6 toes on one foot. Yes, that's makes a whole 11 toes together between the two feet. The 6th toe has "fused" itself to the 5th toe, making a very odd looking feature. My Mom used to freak out my friends by showing her foot once in awhile.

Well, on Thursday morning, she was wearing flip flops when she picked up Maddy. Maddy looked down at her feet and gasped. We asked her what was wrong and she said, "Grandma! You have an UGLY TOE!!!"

My Mom was a bit embarrassed but agreed it was an ugly toe. Maddy's reply?

"Well, I STILL don't like that UGLY TOE Grandma!" And she stomped off. :)

So...do YOU have any "freaky features"?!?!

i don't and i don't know if you wouldcount this but at school this kid can sit down on a chair and put both legs behind his head it is sooo gross. just thought i would share.. lol

I don't know if these would qualify as "freaky," but I find them a bit odd:

1. The lower part of one of my earlobes has what I'd describe as a "dip" or extra curve/"bump" to it. The other one doesn't. So they aren't symmetrical.

2. I have an "overactive" hair follicle or somethin' right above the elbow on my left arm. I have a single hair there that grows FAST and LONG. Every so often when I think of it, I yank it out. It just grows back again. This thread reminded me of it, so I checked. Sure enough, it's about an inch+ long again. Time to yank. :p

My second ds has a little point on his left ear, kind of like Mr Spock but not quite that pointy, lol. He thinks its cool, so do I :D

Both me and my DS 10yrs. can bend our fingers completely back until they touch our wrist!::yes:: :sunny: Yes - we are mutants:p

DH has an extra bone in his ankles. You can see them as they stick out. He's proud to call himself "a mutant". LOL!

The extra toe post reminded me that my sister had a cat with extra toes. He had 21 toes altogether, therefore, my sister named him Blackjack. By the way, my sister's toes are so long she uses them to pick up objects rather than bending down.

I can do that too. My husband has always thought that was weird!:earseek:

I have a third testicle. Really.

Not many people know that. Well, they didn't until now :)

OMG! I do too!!! My family kids me about it. I do it all the time.

I think I do it because I had an operation on my right arm when I was 2 years old. I compensated with my toes. Which brings me to my freaky feature...I was born with an extra set of veins on the right side of my body. They were not "working" ones, and eventually disinegrated on their own.

I'm double jointed in 3 fingers too. Good for freakin' out the kids when things get boring around here...ha ha ;)

Gee...:scratchin I hope the Tag Fairies are asleep this am...this thread could be dangerous!

I dont think I qualify for anything freaky, but I did have a good freind whose baby was born with 7 toes on one foot

They had them surgically removed. I think it was a relief in some ways though because when they got tests back while she was pregnant somthing kept coming up showing there was a genentic abnormality.... it turned out to be that but I guess it could have been much worse.

I thought my short, squat toes were cute until the pediatrician mentioned something about my ds's webbed toes. I said, "But he has my toes!" So at the age of 34 I found out I have partially webbed toes. You'd think somebody would have mentioned it before then!

I used to work with a guy that had 2 thumbs

He used to say when he hitchhiked 2 cars would stop

My brother's PINKY toe is as long as the pinky on my HAND! (he's got gorilla feet. heheh) We can both open doors - with round doorknobs - with our feet.

I had a roommate in college who had 7 fingers and nine toes. She was born with 10 toes but had one removed because it grew out and an odd angle...but she only had 7 fingers at birth.

She had a great sense of humour about it - she DEMANDED discounts when she got manicures. heheh

watching her type was by far the funniest thing. (don't flame me - she even would make fun of herself over it) She was a great girl though

My 4 year old son has a deformed toe.Instead of it being straight its curved around in the middle. Doctors wanted to break it and try and set it straight cause they said he wouldn't be able to walk straight and i refused and he walks fine. He just noticed it about a month ago and coulnd't understand why it won't stay straight it was so funny watching him.

I have very short toes. Thats very odd. I can probably foot model because they are sooo cute.

My second cousin's baby was born with all her organs completely reversed. Her heart is on the right, appendix on the left, etc. There is a name for it, but I forgot what it is.

I don't talk to a lot of people about this, but I actually have a second belly button.

Ma jokes that it means she fed me twice as much in the womb. I've done some research on this. It's actually a rather rare genetic disorder that only a few people in the world have.

Too bad I can't figure out a way to funnel beer through it.
