SO, I am doing good on watching my weight/eatig healthy. Although, I am not offical strictly following Atkins, it is my primary reference, the carbs is what I am concerned with. I read labels and decide from there. I do like fruit and I haven;t had any becuase I am not sure where they stand with the carbs. Anyone have any info on this? maybe a website that list the nutriential facts about friuts.
