I apologize if this isn't the right place to put this but I don't know where else to go with it.

So I have a three month old and once in a while (while I'm cooking or getting dressed in the morning) I have put him in front of the tv so he can see the lights/colors etc. I don't think he understands but whatever -- it helps me for 15 minutes.

Anyway, I've tried various things on demand but when I put the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on this kid goes nuts! He gets a BIG smile on his face as soon as Mickey starts walking on the screen and when he starts with "Meeshka Mooshka -- he gets all excited. It is the cutest thing EVER. And I know it's a Mickey thing cause he doesn't do it for the other characters -- I even put Pooh and Little Bear on for him and NOTHING

Everybody keeps telling me I'm brainwashing him but I swear I had noooothing to do with it!

There's nothing wrong with raising a Disney kid. I thought with our first that we would let him lead us on what characters he enjoyed (Nick or Dis). He leaned toward Backyardigans and Mickey. Now he's a Mickey nut and DD is following close behind him! It's not a bad thing!

I love it that my kiddos look for Hidden Mickeys! Yea, I'm raising Disney freaks!

My son was the same way, he still loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, he is 17 months old now and we watch it every morning, between clubhouse and special agent oso, I can keep my eyes closed for up to an extra hour! (not sleeping but not excatlly awake, I give him a bottle, put my arm around him and we are both good!)

Enjoy it! My 16 year old was 10 months old when my mom and took him and his big brother to see the Lion King at the movie theater. I had just got the baby to sleep about 20 minutes before the movie started. As soon as the movie started he popped his head up and watched the entire movie. One of his first words was Nala.
