So passport issue while in WDW

Well we had a crappy flight littlest one want out of the plane now after a troublesome boarding, and DH forgot to give me the passports after going onto the plane forgot them in the seat pocket. Grrr

So long story short we cancelled them, and then the airline called to tell us they located them 4 days later, drove to Miami got new travel documents, only to find when we landed in Calgary we only needed out birth cert. to enter Canada again!!

What a PITA, but a mistake we will never ever do again!

PS make sure you take photo copies of your passport and have the signed by a commitioner this way they are valid documents you can use in case of emergancy!

Went through a similar situation last november with my friends from France he has his stolen so we had to go to Miami to get a new one for him.
