So Much fun for a Disney Fan-Ta-See onboard (fantasy) 9-27-14 Western Caribbean

Hello everyone! Just put in a request to our TA to move hubby and I to this cruise! We were all planning on doing the last Southern and then the repo to PC but the kids schedules didn't work out. So we plan on doing the following:

Hubby and I will take this cruise as our anniversary trip (#19 will be on 10/5). We cruised on the Magic alone in May and had absolutely the most fantastic time! Anyway, the kids will stay home with grandpa and will be finishing up 1st quarter exams. Then, they will fly out on Saturday afternoon to meet up with us. They fly often and age 15.5 and 8.5, I feel confident they won't have any problems. DD flew by herself at 10 and didn't mind it at all. Anyway, we will stay in DVC for 2 nights, go to MNSSHP on Sunday (I'm guessing it will be on Sunday it has been last few years), then all hit the Wonder for the 4 night Double Dip on Monday! Hoping that missing 3 days of school won't be a problem (they have fall break that Monday and Tuesday).

...boy that's a long winded way to say that we will be backing this cruise up with a 4 night on the Wonder, lol

Like I stated above, hubby and I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED our Magic cruise in May. We can't wait to have another cruise alone and will actually get to enjoy the adult areas on the Fantasy this time.

Anyway, we will like to participate with the FE. Once I make sure I get my requested cabin I will PM the information.

Yeah! And welcome! Were are so glad to have you onboard with us. We have cruised without kids and loved it too! So many are afraid of DCL and the kids. We cruised without kids for our very first Disney Cruise and we have never or ever will consider another cruise line. To us, they are unbeatable. Ill keep a look out for your FE info.

And I sent the FE info to you. I was just reading earlier today on a facebook group page (not this one though) that some people feel that adult only cabins have no business participating in the FE. I really hope that everyone is ok with DH and me participating. We truly are just a couple big kids are heart! Neither of us NEVER EVER went to Disney or anything as kids and I feel that Disney is one place where we can be kids In fact, next week, DH and I are going to WDW and will go to MNSSHP by ourselves and Trick or Treat

Great! I really hope (and truly think) that those people feeling that way are in the minority. After all, we are cruising Disney so there's that little bit of kid left in all of us

I just got a sewing/embroidery machine this summer and I've got lots of ideas running through my head! I'm ready to start, lol

Sorry to say I won't be making this sailing. Today I changed to Oct 25th next year on Fantasy. It falls on Halloween and should be a lot of fun.

We just changed out cruise date from Oct 11th to this one....now we don't have to pull our girls out of school!
We are a family of 5 myself (42) DH (43) DD (16) DD (14) DD (11) and has of right now our oldest DD's boyfriend (17) at time of cruise this will be our second cruise on the Fantasy! We went on the Eastern Caribbean the first time. We would like to be added to the FE exchange as well!

This will be our 10th Disney Cruise and 3rd time on Fantasy. It is our favorite!!!We will be traveling again with no kids but we love to party. Hi! Eric and I totally want to take the mixology class. Do you remember how much it costs? This will only be our second cruise, but I'm hoping at this point that my father and his new wife and my oldest son will be joining us. I'm going to have to learn to pace myself if I want to stay up at night to party. Last cruise we ate at the second seating and all I wanted to do after that was pass out! Lol

And Neal my husband and I and our oldest if he comes will be doing the 5K.

I'm sure you will all be fine! Lol just try to stagger your getting ready times so that you're not all trying to get ready at the same time, and I'm sure no one will get hurt. I spend almost no time at all in my cabin during a cruise. So you can get plenty of on your own time if you choose. There is always something to do!

I agree that there will be little time spent in the cabin except for sleeping and changing for dinner. The bulk of my days will be spent at Satellite Falls. Thankfully my mom is a super early riser and my brother is a very late sleeper so getting ready will be easy, especially with the split bath. It's just been quite a while since I've spent such close quarters with someone other than my ex. I'm super excited for this cruise after having to cancel the 4 I had planned in 2013/2014.
