Most of Atlantic Canada was supposed to be hit with what was left of Hurricane Noel.
It's kind of pathetic so far. It's raining, that's about it.
The winds were supposed to be like 110 km/h (gusts anyways) and we're only get 20.
My parents were expecting a bad storm, and that the power would go out. Well I'm still on the pc, and I see no storm. I could have gone out.. but now it's basically too late -.-
Nova Scotia got hit bad.

I lost power 10 times today. I wish it just would've stayed out and not just come on and off. I live in RI.

well I'm in MA and OMG, I took a video it's uploading now, the waves are crazy and the wind is terrible I pretty much blew away. at my dance class the doors blow open like 5 times in like 2 hours.

We got nothin' down here.
Mid 60s and Sunshine.
That, tornados and the occasional thunderstorm is all you get around here.

It's hardly hitting us.
So far anyways.
I mean, some places it's going to be crazy... but so far the winds have been normal.
I noticed when I was watching CBS though that the States got it bad, Plymouth to be exact anyways.

I live in NY and all I got was light rain today.
Is it suppose to be in NY at all. :confused3

No.
Only places that border the ocean, going up the east coast.
The further inland you get, the less bad it is.

Im not 'new york'. Im long island. and thats bordering the ocean. so does that mean I'd get hit ? sorry if you said this already. :goodvibes

When I say NY, I'm talking about the state as a whole. It was probably further out, so that's probably why you didn't get hit.
It's passed now, it's probably finishing up in NFLD now.

I live on LI and all we got was 10 minutes of rain and winds all day. It was gray most of the day too.

Most of the wind we got was overnight, and it wasn't too bad.
Right now we've got 63 km/h winds.

um yeah I am on Cape Cod and we got NAILED! We lost power at 2PM yesterday, got it back on at 9:30 PM last night just to wake up at 6 this morning to it out again. Trees are down everywhere and we got hit with rain and wind gusts up to 60 mph.

Wow.
When I woke up this morning it was 41 mph, so I assume it was worse in the night.
Places like Nova Scotia and Newfoundland, go upwards of 180 km/h, which is 111.85 mph.
I couldn't even imagine.
The winds were so fierce this morning almost all of the rain has been dried away.
