So much for luck of the Irish!

Just about 2 days to go until we leave for our 9 day trip to the world and my daughter is sitting next to me with a fever of 101.7!!

I had her to the pediatrician and we've started antibiotics, so we should hopefully be fine.

AND

My husband just called. He just got laid off!! His last day of work is this Friday, the day before we leave on VACAY!

It's a good thing I don't believe in luck, cuz if I did I'd have no luck at all!!

pixie dust to you! I hope your daughter starts feeling better, I know if it were me the idea of Disney waiting for me would put a little spring in my step. I'm sure she'll be right as rain. Just keep her cool and hydrated.
and perhaps some childrens tylenol or gravol would help too if brought along....
