SO many dessert party options! Prices?

Hello!

I've searched the boards for "dessert party", and I've learned a lot! BUT, the price information varies quite a lot, so I was hoping someone could help me with updated estimates?

What would a dessert party run me for about 30 people at the different locations?

I've heard of:

1) lluminations
2) Fantasmic
3) Wishes (through the convention people at the GF).

Im having mine at Epcot - UK Lower. On my estimate you have a $200 venue rental fee, An outdoor Set up fee which is $75 and you then have a food and beverage minimum of $19.50 per person. There is also a $12.50 charge for the illuminations viewing, but if people use park tickets to get in then this is waived.
