So Long, Wilson

Earl Hindman who played "Wilson" on Home Improvement (the neighbor whose face was always partly obscured) passed away from cancer. He was 61.

He certainly was a great addition to Home Improvement. I hadn't realized he was also on Ryan's Hope for 14 years as Lt. Bob Reed.

Stepharooni, his voice was in a lot of commercials, Home Depot is probably one of them. There are quotes in our paper from his wife, the Rev. Molly McGreevey (Episcopal) and she even says "It was his voice that would give him away. Earl had a very deep voice. It was very rich, very warm and very recognizable."
