Oh! Sirius-XM has two of their holiday channels up and running and the first song I heard when I turned the radio on last night was "Silent Night" by Bing! I thought of you right away, Diana. I was singing along at the top of my voice.

Since I can't get to the services on Saturday it will be a very bittersweet meeting on the 5th.

There is a very sad update to Trip #1. My friend Sandy lost her husband on Sunday. He was out cycling and had stopped for coffee. He was only 45 years old and leaves 4 children; three are in college and one in high school. Please keep them in your thoughts as this is going to be a tough week for them.



That being said, as of midnight last night, the trip is still scheduled to take place. Sandy feels that she needs the escape if only for a few days. Her daughter Hayley will be joining us on the trip and that is the only change in plans.

I will keep Sandy and her family in my thoughts and prayers!

If I thought I could leave after my last recital on Thursday night and get a few hours in I would do it in a heartbeat. I will ponder this possibility and see how I am doing stamina-wise in the next couple of weeks.

Nope..she just did the party last night....and the 18th is a premium price night..and the last night of the party....so....too many cons!
So the 18th is open as well as a queen at the CSR!!!

I made a hotel reservation about 3 hours away from home for the night of the 17th. If I think I am OK I will leave after the recitals and drive that far on Thursday night. Then I ought to be in WDW in time for the lights. Not sure about for Boma, but maybe I will ask Laura to see if she can add me just in case.

Thank you for sharing your Christmas dinner pictures on my PTR!!!! I think that is just the coolest! I don't see myself being able to do that but cookies, a tree and eggnog will be my attempt for some personalized Holiday magic in the resort room!!!! And I just discovered our Sirius stations were playing Xmas music too!!! I listened all the way to work and back yesterday! I felt like I was cheating!!!

I have a question for you! Is the Christmas parade AFTER the MVMCP is over the same Christmas parade? Do we get snow in the MK?

I would go to the party if we were there, but we miss it by ONE day
