So is the Entertainment card 50% off all the time?

I was wondering if the 50% off that Entertainment offers is also available for all the Universal hotels or is it less?

It offers UP TO 50% off - so you don't always get the 50%! I'm getting RPH for $110.00 - and I think the normal rate is $199. So that's not quite 50% - but it's good enough for me!

I believe the % discount is the same for all of them - but I won't swear to that!
