Although, I never really liked Dr. Phil, I decided to read the book. Can't hurt right. So far I started out not liking it....I felt in the beginning he kept harping on the steps and was real full of himself BUT....... I have to say so far (still in alry parts of book) I like when he mentions "know how your gonna feel when youreach your goal. He mentions not only imagining what you may look like but attach a feeling to it. I really like that. Think about how your gonna feel when you get to your goal. Very inspirational!
