to try to amend and add a waitlist request. There was a problem with one of my requests(my fault) and I got it fixed, but it usually takes about 24 hours to get a response. So a few requests and changes ended up taking from Tuesday-Saturday and their still was a slight mistake. I called MS today and I got everything straightened out and more information with a three minute conversation.

I was trying to use the website but it was truly a lot more trouble than it was worth. I'll call solely from now on.
 
The website is just an easy way to send an email.

I never use it for reservations and do not recommend that others do unless they are very, very, very sure there is plenty of availability left for what they want and have more than enough points to make the reservation without borrowing.

Sorry you ran into trouble. Sounds like you were just trying to do the right thing.
 
I have had issues with the site also, I tried to bank points and for some reason it was impossible to book points online for me and then I think my magical express reservation got messed up because I received an envelope with NO luggage tags. I'll have to call on that issue soon.... I have given up trying to use the website and now I just call member services again.
