so I paid $70 for PP+ and now I am back, how do I get my pictures?

Do you want to order a CD or download? Do you have your certificate number that was in the cd case that was mailed to you?

I gave the certificate to the people at Disneyland in exchange for the lanyard, and either is fine, I've put my number in and seen my photos, but I don't know what to do next

There is another code that comes with the packet that you enter to get your free cd or download. First you'll want to edit all of your photos, add any borders, etc.

Haha, I found the website to be confusing, too. I could never figure out how to download any pictures except the ride ones and their legal paperwork attachments. So I edited everything, well, I added borders and character signatures which is about all there is to do. Then you go to checkout and order the CD and enter your code in the checkout process to make it free of charge. Then they ship you the CD and you can make copies of it and print the pictures anywhere. I loved our pictures!!

the people kept the voucher, and I didn't take a picture of it

There are two separate vouchers, one to pick up your photo pass plus and one inside the CD case that has the code on it to order or download your pictures. If you took the one with you that was inside the case and they kept it, you are going to have to probably call for help.
