So I just called about 100 point Jambo,

What are the incentives for the 100 pt deal? Are they offering the same matching points at SSR and free 2008 pts? Or is it just the $8/pt off?

$104 per point but you get $8 per point credit. You pay the down payment amount on the $104 though which equates to $1040. You get 2008 points but have to pay prorated annual dues. No matching points at SSR if you buy Jambo. Not sure about the other one.

But the prorated dues are for 2009, not 2008.

Keep in mind the dues are due in Jan the year of the use year, so June 2008 UY dues are due in Jan 2008, therefore June or Dec 2008 UY's have no MF's due at all, and prorated for 2009 based on the opening date of May 2009.
